invitations in the mail---finally!

Hopefully you're all getting your invitations this week---many thanks to Allie, Wayne and PREMIER Color Graphics for the beautiful job!

As you can see, we're still getting the hang of blogging, so check back periodically---who knows when some entertaining material from the horizons of our two minds will leap into pictorial or verbal expression!

But in the meantime, this forum is the perfect place to:

* suggest fun, informal party games

we're starting this blog to connect family and friends with our plans and ideas---the most exciting of which, right now, is:

De Shion and Amber's 10th Anniversary Wedding Reception!

12:30 pm until 3:30 pm

hopefully you all can make it...! what better excuse to come visit the lovely San Francisco Bay Area?

our event will be at the Women's Building in San Francisco's Mission District, on the corner of 18th Street and Valencia. (see map)

we will be sharing the date with the vibrantly ebullient Carnaval parade, also in the Mission District. (see photos of last year's parade here!)

as certain streets will be blocked to accomodate Carnaval, give De Shion or Amber a call or an e-mail, and we can strategize around your travel needs

since gas is so high, we can even organize a ridesharing list, for those interested.

we will keep you posted here on the party's details, incuding a sample of the enjoyable and mind-expanding activities you can expect on SUNDAY MAY 25th 2008.
